Integrity
placing value on moral and ethical principles;
moral character; honesty; virtue.

. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .
Integrity exists because without it, we'd be morally corrupt which would lead to the end of mankind. Without having a set of values or morals to adhere by, you'd be entirely lost and would feel no guilt or pain by doing absolutely anything to get what you want.

You can achieve integrity through the experiences you go through. Integrity grows through the feelings that you experience as you grow up. You learn that certain things you do have the ability to hurt people, and you soon after own the realization that the things other people do have the ability to hurt you as well. You become attached to certain things and grow beliefs because of your past and values begin to develop themselves.

People want to be around people who have strong character and a sense of integrity. They're honest, and place high value on equality, which is admirable in all beings. Integrity is especially useful for the working world. In the past, politicians have shown a lack of morality and many times, end up ruining their careers and becoming corrupt.
